Jen is a director with Deloitte Consulting LLP. Jennifer leads Deloitte’s CMO Program focusing on innovation, especially around the client experience, and on driving strategy and market integration for major mergers and acquisitions working across multiple functional areas with a focus on customer strategy. She led many innovation projects, including the transformation of the Deloitte Client Experience and development of Deloitte’s Greenhouse labs.
