He has more than 14 years of Information Technology consulting experience architecting and delivering technology-enabled solutions to address business challenges across industries, most recently specialized in the Health Plans industry segment. Experienced in implementing large-scale integrated customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. With more than 10 years of experience with Oracle/Siebel applications, he is a highly skilled program manager with the ability to identify, develop, and execute tangible and creative solutions exceeding program/project and client goals. He is experienced in working with culturally diverse teams and effectively managing a fully integrated US/India offshore delivery model.
